This is a home that works as hard as it plays. The large dining table seats your full group for meals, meetings, strategy sessions, or workshops. Multiple gathering areas, including a den with a kitchenette, give smaller groups room to break out, network, or play games while the rest of the group enjoys the main living space. Step outside to the deck overlooking the golf course, fire up the gas grill, and end the day in the private hot tub under the stars.

Guests have full access to the entire lodge, private hot tub, deck and outdoor dining area, gas grill, game room, three-car garage, and driveway parking. All 18 SHARC passes and complimentary bikes are included for registered guests. The home is located in Sunriver with direct access to the paved trail system.
The Neighborhood
Sunriver is a planned resort community in Central Oregon, about 20 minutes south of Bend. The lodge enjoys a premier location directly on the golf course. You're minutes from Sunriver Village (restaurants, shops, breweries, and groceries), the SHARC aquatic center, the Deschutes River (kayaking, paddleboarding, and tubing) and Mt. Bachelor is a 35-minute drive for world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Note: Sunriver's golf courses are privately operated, tee times, availability, and access policies are managed by the golf course directly.
Getting Around
Sunriver is designed for bikes, most guests never need a car once they arrive. The complimentary bikes and 30+ miles of paved trails connect you to the Village, SHARC, the river, and the golf courses. For Mt. Bachelor or Bend, a car is recommended. The three-car garage and ample driveway accommodate large groups traveling together. Nearest airport: Redmond (RDM), about 45 minutes north.

No parties or large gatherings beyond registered guests.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM (Sunriver is a residential community)
No smoking inside the home
Check-in: 5:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM (early check-in and late checkout available when possible, just ask)

Notes
Rates vary based on season, length of stay, occupancy, and market demand and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
The total cost of your reservation includes the nightly rental rate, cleaning fee, applicable lodging taxes, the required Damage Waiver Fee, and any optional services selected during booking.
A 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method on file 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
A one time non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $75-$100 is required for every reservation. This waiver provides coverage for accidental, unintentional damage to the property up to $1,500 during your stay. The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, unauthorized pets, parties or events, or any violation of this Rental Agreement.
If a reservation is canceled and a refund is approved under the applicable cancellation policy, the credit card processing fee (currently 3.99% of the amount paid) is non-refundable. This fee is charged by our payment processor and is not returned to The Sunriver Collection by Home Flow LLC. Any eligible refund will be issued less the applicable processing fee.
Failure to make payment by the required due dates may result in cancellation of the reservation without further notice, and the property may be made available for rebooking.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, rates will not be adjusted due to changes in pricing, early departures, weather conditions, road closures, smoke, natural events, or other guest-initiated changes unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved in writing by The Sunriver Collection by Home Flow LLC.
