Step outside to your private hot tub under Central Oregon's star-filled skies, grab a complimentary bike and explore Sunriver's 30+ miles of paved trails, or use your included SHARC passes for pools, water slides, the lazy river, and the tubing hill. You're minutes from Mt. Bachelor's world-class skiing and mountain biking, the Deschutes River for kayaking and paddleboarding, and Sunriver Village for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Guests have access to the entire home, private hot tub, driveway parking, and all Sunriver amenities included with the SHARC passes. The home is located in Sunriver, with direct access to the paved trail system, bikes can take you to the Village, SHARC, the river, or the golf courses in minutes.
The Neighborhood
Sunriver is a planned resort community in Central Oregon, about 20 minutes south of Bend. Guests love the 30+ miles of paved bike trails, the Deschutes River (kayaking, tubing, paddleboarding, and fly fishing), two golf courses, the SHARC aquatic center, and easy access to Mt. Bachelor (35-minute drive) for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Sunriver Village has restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and seasonal events.
Getting Around
Sunriver is designed for bikes, most guests never need a car once they arrive. The complimentary bikes and trail system connect you to everything in Sunriver. For Mt. Bachelor, the river, or Bend, a car is recommended. The nearest airport is Redmond (RDM), about 45 minutes north.

Rates vary based on season, length of stay, occupancy, and market demand and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
The total cost of your reservation includes the nightly rental rate, cleaning fee, applicable lodging taxes, the required Damage Waiver Fee, and any optional services selected during booking.
A 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method on file 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $75-$100Â is required for every reservation. This waiver provides coverage for accidental, unintentional damage to the property up to $1,500 during your stay. The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, unauthorized pets, parties or events, or any violation of this Rental Agreement.
If a reservation is canceled and a refund is approved under the applicable cancellation policy, the credit card processing fee (currently 3.99% of the amount paid) is non-refundable. This fee is charged by our payment processor and is not returned to The Sunriver Collection by Home Flow LLC. Any eligible refund will be issued less the applicable processing fee.
Failure to make payment by the required due dates may result in cancellation of the reservation without further notice, and the property may be made available for rebooking.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, rates will not be adjusted due to changes in pricing, early departures, weather conditions, road closures, smoke, natural events, or other guest-initiated changes unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved in writing by The Sunriver Collection by Home Flow LLC.
